Sarah Henry

Director of Immigration Services

Our immigration team is led by Sarah Henry, Director of Immigration Services. Sarah has practiced in immigration law for ten years. Sarah qualified through the Law Society of Ireland and has practiced in Dublin, Belfast and Newry providing advice and representation to businesses, organisations and individuals on a wide range of immigration matters. Sarah is Immigration specialist and passionate about immigration law and clients can be certain that they receive advice from a dedicated solicitor in this niche practice area.

Sarah is from Newry and has an interest in human rights, equality and diversity matters. She is an active board member of Women’s Aid Armagh Down and is fluent in Italian.

Jack McClelland

Paralegal

Jack has a Masters in Law from Queen's University Belfast and also a Degree in Social Policy with Criminology from Ulster University.

Jack is from Newry and is interested in rights-based law including human rights and equality within society, where he looks to pursue a career as a practicing solicitor in both rights-based and criminal law. Jack is also the Co-Host of the Activist Lawyer Podcast, where, he speaks to lawyers and individuals who work to combat injustices and inequalities.

Jack represented his fellow students as the course representative for the Social Policy and Criminology 2016-2019 cohort at Ulster University.
